Oh my my blogging adventures begin!

Well, well where to start! I guess at the beginning is a better place then anywhere else!

Who is all in our little family! Lets start with my husband. Judd . Goes by Jt for close friends and family. There is not much to know about my husband! He is a very simple man. He works currently for his dad until the economy picks back up and he can go back to his career as an Elevator Mechanic. He is part of the Elevator Union and is currently on the bench. He loves to play WoW ( in my opinion the nerdiest game there is but I did merry a nerd! LOL I mean that in the nicest way honey!) He enjoys spending time with our little family! He is content just sitting doing nothing. Like I said he is pretty simple......

Then there is me.......Im a whole nother complicated story!! I am not simple to say the least. I have to go, go, go! I don't like sitting around doing nothing and always want something to be happening. Guess you can say opposites attract. I am a a house wife and mommy and LOVE my job! Oh and I can't spell to save my life so this is your warning!

Now how our story began........Jt and I met beginning of freshman year of high school. We became quick friends. After about 8 months of being friends on April 19th 2002 he asked me out! Oh man was I excited! I had been waiting for that for along time! We were sitting at lunch and he kept coming over to say something and then walking away and whispering to his friends. He then started writing on a piece of paper. We all new what he was trying to do, so a friend of ours just blurts out " Oh ask her out already Jt!" Poor guy had now choice but to do it in person. And of course I said yes. We were your cliche high school couple. Did everything together! Went to prom together, each others first on prom night. We moved in together about a month after high school ended.


We got engaged on Nov. 5th 2005. It was very romantic! Well to me anyways! We were at the Arizona State fair with my siblings and his and we decided to go on the ski lift. It was dark out and everything was lit up down below from all the rides. We were cuddling and he reaches in his pocket ( me thinking for his phone) and he pulls out a box, has me open it and says "Will you marry me?" Again of course I said yes! We waited 6 months before announcing a date for the wedding. We announced on Mother's Day 2006 that we picked the date and it would be May 20th 2007. Giving us 1 year to plan.

Our wedding was amazing!! We got married at the Phoenix Zoo! Yes you read that right and no it wasn't in the monkey cage. We got married on the veranda of the Pavilion Banquet Room with around 50 or so close family and friends there. We had a wonderful reception inside the Pavilion as well. It was perfect in every way even if it was 115 out and we were all sweating puddles around us!


After enjoying our first year of marriage we decided on our 1 year anniversary to start a family. A new adventure! After 7 months of trying we found out we were pregnant! We were ecstatic. But sadly we lost the baby at 8 weeks. So we waited 3 months and on that 3rd month decided to try again in hopes that with a few more months of trying we would have a healthy full term baby. And to our shock that very first month we got pregnant with our dear little Josie Victoria!

My pregnancy was and adventure in itself! I had Hypermesis Gravidurm. EXTREME MORNING SICKNESS to say the least! I lost alittle over 30lbs and only gained 25lbs back! I was also high risk and had to do shots 2x a day due to a clotting issue. While I was suffering little Josie was thriving, a growing perfectly inside. And I wouldn't have changed it for the world. I moaned and groaned and complained but I was pregnant with a pregnancy that was sticking and doing well!

My labor was not so nice until my induction date! I had constant contraction for alittle more then a week. Went to labor and delivery about 6 times in the time. The were always 5-7 mins apart but I wasnt dilating enough for them to keep me plus I already had a scheduled induction date so I was told to stick it out till then. Well I go in at 5:30am and am in my room and settled by 6:30am. The nurse checks me and what do you know Im already 4cm and 100%! Almost half way there. Pitocin is started at 7 and OB comes and checks me and Im still at 4cm. He says he is gonna brake my water but gives me the option to get the epidural first so I get that at around 9:30am and my water is broke at 10. At 11am I decide to get some sleep. I wake up at around 3:15 and tell the nurse Im feeling some pressure so she checks and Im at 10cm. Time to push!! UHOH No turning back now! An hour and a half later beautiful Josie entered the world! Born on Dec 2nd 2009 at 4:47pm. She was 7lbs 14oz and 19.75 inches long.

Josie is now 6 and a half months old and the best baby ever! She sits on her own, is eating anything and everything we let her, rolls around and is trying to crawl! She is now 21lbs and around 27inches long! She is our pride and joy and amazes us more and more each day. And guess what?.......................
We so crazy in love with the idea of babies, parenting and love it to death that we're doing it again! Ok so this was an oops and ya know the 2% that condoms dont work, well yea thats us but we couldnt be more thrilled! I have the same exact problems as last time but thank God for an awesome drug called Zofran for helping me not puke so much this time. I am currently ( as of today) 14 weeks and 5 days. Josie and the new baby will most likely be Irish Twins.


So here we and 8 years into our wonderful journey and now that all you blog followers out there are filled in on our little family. I hope you enjoy all the stories and pictures I will have to share with you!
